A leading supply chain organization in Mexicali seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to drive Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in supply chain processes. Responsibilities include planning effective processes and coordinating across various functional areas. A Bachelor’s Degree and experience in Lean manufacturing are essential. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or similar role.
  • Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certifications desirable.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Lead Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects within the Supply Chain.
  • Plan and maintain effective processes to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with all functional areas in Supply Chain.

  • Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and implementing Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects within Supply Chain to improve business performance in alignment with key initiatives across the organization by identifying and removing processes waste.
  • Must be highly skilled in lean strategy, methodology and tools to instill associate's improvement for the better culture and serve as a change agent able to coordinate all functional areas in Supply Chain including customers and suppliers.
  • Plan, design, execute and sustain very effective processes that delivers value to the organization improving cost by systematically removing non-value adding improving productivity and as consequence cost structure.
  • Kanban, Point of Use, VSM/VSD, supermarket design, proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Power point)
  • Strong communication, oral, written and presentation
  • Demonstrated Facilitation skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge overall supply chain processes from vendor to customer
  • Ability to develop strategies and working plan as well as organize and schedule people daily work and tasks;
  • Target oriented and easy to make decisions based always on data, accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Strong sense of urgency around tangible results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
