Job summary

Marelli busca un Supervisor de Almacén para liderar recepción, registro y control de materiales en su sede de Juárez, México. Reportar a la Gerencia de Logística, coordinar la distribución y garantizar la disponibilidad de insumos para líneas de producción, manteniendo estándares de seguridad y calidad.

El rol exige experiencia en el sector automotriz, manejo de SAP/ERP y habilidades de liderazgo para gestionar un equipo.

Qualifications

• Título técnico o grado en administración o ingeniería industrial.
• Experiencia en la industria automotriz (preferible inyección de plástico).
• 5 años en un puesto similar.
• Inglés fluido.

Responsibilities

• Asegurar la recepción, registro y documentación de materiales.
• Supervisar envíos y documentación para trazabilidad.
• Coordinar manejo y ubicación de materiales y capacitar al personal.
• Mantener el control de inventario y reconciliar registros (físico y en SAP).
• Garantizar disponibilidad de materiales para la producción.

About the Position:

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Warehouse AL&S Supervisor team, reporting directly to the Logistic Manager.

This position is based at our office in Mexico, Juárez; Plant 1.

As the Warehouse at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Ensure accurate and timely material reception, registration in system, and documentation control (invoices, transfer documents).
• Supervise product shipments and related documentation, guaranteeing traceability and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate proper handling and placement of materials, training staff according to material characteristics.
• Maintain inventory control by registering entries/exits, regularly reconciling physical and system records, and updating SAP inventory.
• Enable efficient production by ensuring material availability and supply for production lines.
• Manage area personnel: oversee staffing, training, leave, discipline, communication, and performance evaluation; promote adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through productivity actions, execution of 5S activities, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001/45001/50001, TISAX, CSR, CTPAT).
• Ensure correct use and documentation for QMS, EMS, and Health & Safety systems; identify potential non-conformities, participate in measurement and achievement of area objectives, and promote system compliance.

What Qualifications you will bring:

• Technical Certificate in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering or related fieldFluent English Required 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (preferably in plastic injection molding) 2 years in a similar position
