Formación

• 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Procurement, Production, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports on warehouse performance.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
