Job summary

FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, MX is seeking an Operations Handler to support reception, fulfillment, and delivery processes. You will ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, with a focus on safe handling and proper documentation.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and organizing packages, using scanners and WMS/Excel, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Requires lifting up to 55 lbs (25 kg) and handling packages up to 150 lbs (68 kg).
• Ability to work variable shifts.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and basic maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient delivery and pickup of packages.
• Ensure proper labeling, weight, and handling of shipments.
• Prepare paperwork such as airway bills and delivery records with accuracy.
• Assist in unloading and palletizing products as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and vehicle operation guidelines.
• Support Sales by sharing leads when appropriate.
