AIRBUS HELICOPTERS MEXICO QUERETARO, S.A. DE C.V. is seeking a logistics professional to welcome delivery trucks to production or logistics areas, verify correct product and documentation, and ensure proper labelling and goods receipt.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome delivery trucks to Logistics or Production line side areas.
• Ensure the right delivery of the right product, to the right address with the right documentation according to the product type.
• Check parcel physical condition and manage Customs area.
• Visually check the parcel to look for any damage on the packaging and manage non conformities if needed.
• Check collected products.
• Ensure all products in storage area are properly identified with associated labelling and “Goods Receipt” slip.
• Ensure accompanying documentation remains with the product.
• Check that documents correspond to the correct warehouse and to the correct batch of product.
• Respect the specific required storage condition (appropriate location, product characteristics)
• Respect storage incompatibility between products.
• Ensure that product is protected and avoids the contact of: metal to metal components, metal component to concrete floor, metal component to metal rack/container.
