A logistics company in Veracruz is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have significant leadership experience in warehouse operations. Strong organizational skills and logistics coordination are essential for meeting customer expectations and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Formación

• At least 3-5 years of experience as warehouse supervisor.
• 1-2 years of experience in team lead or supervisory roles.
• Ability to attend face-to-face interviews is a big advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensures proper handling, labeling, and storage of cargo in compliance with standards.
• Coordinates logistic teams for timely and accurate shipments.
• Monitors inventory levels and maintains accurate warehouse records.
• Prepares operational reports on inventory status and discrepancies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Ensures proper handling, labeling, and storage of cargo in compliance with company and industry standards
• Coordinates with freight forwarding, logistics, and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Monitors inventory levels, conducts regular stock counts, and maintains accurate warehouse records
• Prepares operational reports, including inventory status, damages, and shipment discrepancies
