Job summary

Flex seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. The role requires materials and inventory management, Excel proficiency, and experience with SAP or Baan in a manufacturing setting.

The candidate will maintain stock levels, perform QA checks on incoming goods, and supervise warehouse operations to keep the site safe and well-organized. Flex offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in materials management.
• Knowledge and use of Excel.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Experience in using Baan, SAP or similar.
• Personnel Management.
• Flexible schedule availability (T1).
• Knowledge in all areas of the warehouse.
• A background in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SMT Materials.
• Experience Managing Warehouse KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.
• Accountsable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.
