Vertiv is seeking a seasoned Production/Operations Manager in Mexicali to lead Lean manufacturing initiatives, improve yield and cost productivity, and ensure on-time delivery to customers. The role requires extensive experience in production management, Six Sigma, and cross-functional leadership within a large facility.

Formación

• Knowledge of manufacturing management disciplines including production and inventory control.
• Proven mentoring and coaching abilities with the ability to motivate teams.
• Demonstrated leadership, energizing teams and managing projects.
• Ability to maintain high morale and promote safety in a non-union environment.
• Lean trained with ability to apply tools and process rigor.
• Experience delivering results in complex global environments.
• Prior experience with supply chain initiatives and manufacturing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive operations team toward Lean manufacturing goals and business objectives.
• Meet plant production and quality goals while ensuring timely delivery.
• Establish production schedules and meet customer delivery expectations.
• Lead development and execution of training plans to maximize workforce capability.
• Provide leadership for executing New Products and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvements in yield, efficiency and capital expenditures.
• Communicate business and operational goals across the organization.
• Foster a union-free environment and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
