Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking warehouse personnel to perform receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, and products. You will read schedules and orders to determine items to move and coordinate transfers within the facility. Operators will use forklifts to move goods and may load/unload trucks or access storage via Hi-Rise.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to read schedules and orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products.
• Read production schedules, customer orders, and shipping orders to determine items to move.
• Move materials to storage or other areas following a predetermined sequence.
• Operate gas or electric forklifts to move and stack items.
• Load/unload trucks and may use Hi-Rise to access storage racks.
