PPG is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the facility.

You will read production schedules and orders to determine items to move, convey materials between receiving, production, storage, and other areas, and operate a gas or electric forklift.

Responsabilités

• Receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the facility.
• Loads and unloads product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas.
• Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence, such as: size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Operates gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods, etc.
• May load/unload trucks; may use a Hi-Rise to load items in storage racks.
