A leading automotive supplier is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for their Apodaca Plant. The role involves ensuring accurate inventory levels, maintaining safety protocols, and collaborating effectively with other departments. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. Advanced English skills and knowledge of customer portals are desirable.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision in the automotive sector.
  • Familiarity with CTPAT and OEA guidelines.
  • Desirable knowledge in managing customer portals.

Responsabilidades

  • Administer and operate the shipping area focusing on safety and teamwork.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy within defined thresholds.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met timely and accurately.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a Warehouse Supervisor based in our Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, Mexico). As Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy is consistently maintained within the thresholds defined by the organization.

Your Task will be:
  • Ensure proper administration and operation of the shipping area, prioritizing safety and teamwork.
  • Always keep inventory levels (accuracy) within the percentage thresholds established by the organization (Maintain inventory accuracy).
  • Ensure customer requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments within the plant.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and contribute to the plant’s 5S metrics.
To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree/Engineering level.
  • At least 3 years of experience as Warehouse analyst/specialist or logistics supervisor in Automotive industry.
  • Knowledge at CTPAT & OEA.
  • Desirable knowledge in managing customer portals (Ford, GM, Audi, BMW, Stellantis, Volvo).
  • Advanced English.
