Lupin Ltd is seeking a warehouse associate to manage finished product assortment, receive and organize goods, and ensure compliance with GRIN quality and safety standards. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to FIFO and logbook procedures.

Responsibilities include verifying equipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and recording environmental conditions. A high school diploma and 1 year in similar roles are preferred.

Formación

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Initiative, teamwork, adaptability, integrity, service-oriented attitude, effective communication.
  • 1 year of experience in order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping processes in finished goods warehouses, in the pharmaceutical or food industry.

Responsabilidades

  • Perform assortment and verification of orders to ensure correct delivery.
  • Receive finished products and organize them from packaging areas.
  • Verify equipment (forklifts, ladders) before daily use and maintain logs.
  • Maintain finished product warehouse cleanliness and record temperature and humidity in logs.
  • Comply with GRIN policies and safety/quality standards.

Job Description

Finished Product Assortment: Performs assortment and verification of local, out-of-town, and promotional orders for timely delivery, ensuring no discrepancies between the ordered and assorted products, following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles. Finished Product Receiving: Receives and organizes finished product from the solid and ophthalmic packaging areas of Grin Laboratories.

General: Verifies equipment such as forklifts and ladders before use at the start of the workday, cleans the finished product warehouse, and records the temperature and humidity, recording each activity in the corresponding logbook. Responsible for wearing the uniform and personal protective equipment within the finished product warehouse.

  • Quality: Responsible for compliance with GRIN quality standards and current regulatory requirements. b) Safety: is responsible for preventing environmental impacts and contributing to the continuous improvement of the system; is responsible for compliance with all guidelines to prevent incidents and accidents.
  • Compliance: is responsible for compliance with the code of ethics and compliance, as well as all requirements established by regulations, laws, and safety standards.
Qualification and Experience
