Maersk is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our Warehouse Automation & Operational Technology (AOT) team. You will support the design, validation, and integration of automation and operational technology solutions across Maersk’s global warehouse network.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience within logistics, warehousing, automation, OT, or related engineering environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) for written and spoken communication.
- Experience with warehouse automation solutions such as sortation, PTL, AGVs, AMRs, AS/RS, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of WMS, WCS, WES, MES, SCADA, and HMI environments.
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with Solution Designers, Operations, and Business stakeholders to identify warehouse automation opportunities and requirements.
- Develop and refine technical scopes of work covering automation systems, OT devices, network infrastructure, computing resources, and integrations.
- Create automation concepts aligned with ISA-95 principles and end-to-end infrastructure needs.
- Prepare technology budget estimates and assess total cost of ownership for automation projects.
- Lead engineering validation activities for tender processes, review vendor proposals, and provide recommendations.
- Support design reviews, value stream mapping, testing strategies, and automation acceptance activities (FAT, UAT, integration).
- Coordinate with automation vendors, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and integration.
