Warner Bros. Discovery LATAM seeks a Vice President, LATAM Controller to oversee accounting operations across the region, including close processes, statutory filings, and internal controls. Based in Mexico City, you will lead ~80 staff across several countries and collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury to ensure accurate reporting.

You will manage external auditors, ensure SOX compliance, drive process improvements, and partner with global teams on GAAP guidance and acquisitions.

Formación

• Fluent in English for business and professional communication.
• Extensive work experience with US GAAP, IFRS and SOX requirements.
• CPA/CA or equivalent; proven leadership of large accounting teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead LATAM controllership for ~80 employees across multiple countries.
• Oversee close processes, statutory filings and audits with external providers.
• Ensure SOX compliance and robust internal control environment.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury and GBS for accurate reporting.
• Drive process improvements and GAAP guidance across LATAM.
