Wipro Limited is seeking a hands-on VLSI professional to lead end-to-end hardware and VLSI components for diverse client projects. The role emphasizes architecture, verification, and cross-site collaboration in a fast-paced global team.

You will design, analyze, and test VLSI components, provide governance and technical support to clients, and mentor team members on best practices. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to collaborate across sites.

Competenze

• 3+ years in product Eng in the Board related, Consumer Product industry and/or backend product manufacturing.
• Background in circuit debugging.
• Experience with PCB design, validation, mechanical design, or software skills.
• Highly results oriented, problem solver and team player.
• Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
• Ability to work in cross-site and cross-cultural environment.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

Mansioni

• Lead end to end VLSI components & hardware systems.
• Design, analyze, develop, modify and evaluate the VLSI components and hardware systems.
• Determine architecture and logic design verification through software developed for component and system simulation.
• Analyse designs to establish operating data, conduct experiments and evaluate results for prototype and production VLSI solutions.
• Provide governance on technical escalations and review regression testing data.
• Prepare documentation including test cases and product scripts for IP and publish to client for feedback.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and uploaded per client specs.
• Provide customer support and governance of VLSI components & hardware systems.
• Identify system improvements to enhance technical performance.
• Inspect VLSI components & hardware systems for compliance to regulations and safety standards.
• Be the first point of contact to help debug in-service engineering problems.
• Evaluate operational systems and proposals and recommend repairs or design modifications.
• Team Management: forecast talent, hire resources, and train direct reports.
• Team Management: onboard and train team members to ensure capability & effectiveness.
• Performance Management: set goals, conduct reviews, and provide feedback.
• Engagement: drive team engagement and track satisfaction to boost performance.
