Job summary

IKEA Puebla busca un Visual Merchandiser para crear soluciones de tienda inspiradoras y mejorar la experiencia de compra mediante conocimiento del comportamiento del consumidor, la distribución en tienda, la presentación de la gama y el mercado local.

La persona trabajará en planificación, implementación y mejora de la presentación de la gama, liderando procesos creativos y compartiendo direcciones claras para el equipo. Se valorará dominio de inglés y competencia en MS Office/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 2 a 3 años de experiencia como Visual Merchandiser en retail rápido con formación en diseño.
• Buen dominio del inglés (oral y escrito).
• Apasionado/a por el home furnishing con capacidad de planificar, implementar y mejorar la presentación de gama.
• Competencia informática: MS Office y AutoCAD.
• Capacidad para liderar procesos creativos y comunicar direcciones claras al equipo.

Responsibilities

• Crear soluciones de tienda inspiradoras para una experiencia de compra fácil y dinámica basada en el comportamiento del consumidor, la distribución en tienda y la presentación de la gama.
• Contribuir a posicionar la marca IKEA en el mercado local mediante conocimiento del mercado y del consumidor.
• Liderar procesos creativos y colaborar para definir direcciones, objetivos y presentaciones de la gama.

To create inspiring store solutions for an easy and convenient shopping experience and increasing vitality by translation deep knowledge about consumer buying behavior, store layout, range presentation and local market knowledge thereby contributing to positioning the IKEA brand in the local market as the home furnishing specialist and the IKEA store as an up-to-date and innovative destination that always offers something new.

Requisitos

• - 2 or 3 years of working experience as Visual Merchandiser in commercial and fast-paced retail industry with a design-based education
• -Good command of English (verbal and written)
• -Passionate about home furnishing with able to do planning, implementation and improvement of range presentation
• -Computer proficiency i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), AutoCad
• -Ability to lead creative processesAbility to lead creative processes
• -A strategic thinker with a creative and practical mind that can lead and contribute to setting clear directions, purposes and objectives and are able to share and explain to the team
