Wizeline, a global AI-native technology solutions provider, is seeking a Visual Communicator focused on production design. You will create brand-aligned visual assets across digital and print formats using templates, ensuring accessibility and regulatory compliance.

You will deliver production-ready assets, collaborate with senior designers and offshore teams, and maintain quality under tight timelines while applying brand guidelines and design systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of visual or graphic design experience, ideally in a high-volume production setting.
• Expertise in deck building and data visualization for presentations and reports.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with digital, print, and editorial formats and brand templates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design systems and style guides.
• Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Well-organized, reliable, and able to work under direction in a structured environment.
• Comfort with shifting priorities and multitasking in fast-paced teams.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new tools like AI-assisted design workflows.

As a Visual Communicator focused on production design, you will support global marketing initiatives by creating brand-aligned visual assets within a structured and regulated design system. This role involves producing high-quality deliverables across digital and print formats using established templates, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual content, including display ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and print collateral, based on pre-defined templates.

• Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency and compliance across all formats.

• Deliver production-ready assets with minimal creative input, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads.

• Ensure visuals meet accessibility standards and align with brand and legal compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage a high volume of deliverables and maintain quality under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in visual or graphic design, preferably in a high-volume production environment.

• Expertise in deck building/presentations and data visualization

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with digital, print, and editorial formats.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.

• Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working within systems and under direction.

• Experience managing shifting priorities and multitasking in fast-paced environments.

• Quick to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and applications as needed.

• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working across diverse teams and business units.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with content management platforms such as AEM.

• Familiarity with collaborative design platforms such as Figma.

• Experience in highly regulated industries (financial, pharma, legal).

• Understanding of marketing workflows and collaborative review cycles.

• Interest in brand governance and production quality assurance.

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including asset creation, workflow automation, or research. Identify opportunities to streamline production processes.
