A service solutions company is seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide customer service and administrative support. This remote role requires effective communication skills and multitasking abilities, with a preference for candidates who are tech-savvy and have prior experience in similar positions. A stable internet connection and professional remote setup are mandatory.
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri (PST;CST;EST)
Compensation: $1,200 USD per month

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant with a hybrid focus: 50% on customer service and 50% on administrative support. This position will be a key role in daily operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients while also providing essential support to management and sales staff.
A professional, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can balance both client-facing interactions and back-office tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable handling multiple platforms, and can manage priorities independently.
