Job summary

OP Mobility in Silao, Mexico, seeks a Central Finance Controller for a 24-month VIE. You will link plants in Mexico with the BG team, driving consolidation, reporting, and cash flow management for multiple projects.

Requirements include a finance/controlling focus, international study experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and hands-on SAP, Excel, and Oracle HFM Plus. Automotive familiarity is a plus; onsite in Silao, starting asap.

Qualifications

As a Central Finance Controller, you will be a part of the core team in our site in Silao. You will be the main link between the different plants in Mexico and the BG team. Your main missions will be:

• Control and consolidation information level Mexico
• Support the preparation of financial programs milestones.
• Support Research & Development as well as a Project Controllers
• Manage the cash of the project prepare and update the cash flow of the projects
• Create and prepare monthly reports required locally or at Division level as well as improving current processes
• Supporting hourly booking processes in our internal project software (PAMS)
• Prepare required projects information for Strategic Plan, Budget, Forecast and monthly closing.
• Take part to the closing process and insure the availability, quality of the information, respect of the timing and accuracy of postings.

Profile

You are a highly motivated young graduate from a Business School or University with a strong interest for a finance and controlling. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country).

You are a team player, a self-learner and have good organizational and time management skills. You are familiar with the software SAP and have an advance knowledge of Excel. You also have experience with Oracle HFM Plus.

You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn and work in a team, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.

A first experience or internship in the automotive sector or in project management can be a plus.

Your English and Spanish are fluent.
