A leading gaming support company in Mexico City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide written support to players. Responsibilities include resolving issues such as lost accounts and ensuring excellent service through various communication channels. The role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. A full-time commitment is needed with on-site availability in locations like Polanco or Col. del Valle.

Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support - NO CALLS.

POSITION SUMMARY

Player Support communicates with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to easily adapt in a constant evolution environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated.
  • High School Diploma preferred but not required.
  • Full-time availability (schedules may rotate across morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
  • Must be available to work on-site at our office (location to be determined in Polanco or Col. Del Valle).
  • Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico.
