VT Markets is seeking a Video Producer (Multimedia) in LATAM to create impactful video content in the FX CFDs trading industry. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to produce educational and engaging content, managing all aspects of video and audio projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FX trading or fintech, a solid portfolio, and expertise in video editing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud. The position is hybrid, requiring both remote work and in-office sessions.

Your Role in VT Markets

We are looking for a creative, agile, and technically savvy Video Producer (Multimedia) in LATAM to join our marketing and content powerhouse. In the fast-paced world of FX CFDs trading, market-moving news happens in seconds. You will be the engine behind our brand’s visual identity, taking complex financial market concepts and translating them into dynamic, accessible, and high-impact video and audio content.

You will work hand-in-hand with our Social Media Manager, Financial Analysts, and Marketing Managers to pitch, produce, and distribute content that educates our community and builds brand authority. From studio podcast recordings with our top analysts to high-energy live event coverage, you will lead the end-to-end production process.

Your responsibilities will include

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Marketing Manager on brand campaigns, sync daily with the Social Media Manager and Designer to execute viral short-form strategies, and collaborate directly with Financial Analysts to turn complex market data into digestible video insights.
• End-to-End Production: Manage the full lifecycle of video and audio projects: pre-production (storyboarding, scripting, scheduling), on-site production (camera operation, lighting, audio), and post-production (editing, sound design, color grading, motion graphics).
• Social Media & Podcast Mastery: Produce high-engagement short-form content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, X and YouTube. Lead the recording, editing, and optimization of our corporate podcasts (both audio and video formats).
• Event & Live Coverage: Act as the primary videographer/producer for the company's events, capturing high-energy B-roll, conducting on-the-spot interviews, and producing wrap-up videos under tight deadlines.
• AI Integration: Actively implement AI-powered tools to optimize production workflows, such as AI-assisted editing, automated transcription, smart captioning, and generative AI assets, to increase output speed without sacrificing quality.
• Field & Studio Recording: Manage professional setups, as well as outside/on-location recordings for field content.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Strong preference for candidates with a background in FX trading, crypto, web3, or fintech.
• Portfolio: A strong reel demonstrating experience in both fast-paced social media content (short-form) and structured, long-form film, interview/podcast production.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and/or any video editing tool such as DaVinci Resolve, alongside comfort handling professional, lighting, and audio gear.
• AI Savvy: Practical experience using AI tools to speed up editing and formatting workflows.
• Adaptability: The ability to work in a high-speed environment where financial news breaks rapidly and content needs to be turned around quickly.
• Language: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (to collaborate seamlessly with local and international stakeholders).
• Hybrid Model: While pre- and post-production and editing can be done remotely, this position is hybrid. There must be headquarters/studio sessions with analysts and event coverage.
