TubeScience is seeking a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to transform ideas into thumb-stopping ads. You’ll move fast, test often, and sharpen your craft through real-time data insights.

As a social-first editor, you’ll own edits end-to-end for high-performing short-form videos across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts, while collaborating with strategists and creative leads to iterate quickly in a fully remote LATAM setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro (pacing, structure, audio, storytelling).
• Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, kinetic typography).
• Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
• Comfortable working in English with async, global teams.
• Willing to complete a technical editing assessment.
• Available 9am–6pm PST.
