Formación

• 8-10 years of relevant work experience in quantitative research or investment management.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based tools and using generative AI is an advantage.
• Experience writing technical and research reports.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out extensive back testing, research and analysis of investment strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to launch new index products.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to generate investment ideas.

Conocimientos

Understanding of investment process in different asset classes

Highly developed analytical and quantitative skills

Experience in institutional investment practices

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Educación

Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in economics or a highly quantitative subject

CFA, CAIA or FRM
