Position Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our sales strategy across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven leader with experience in the food or beverage industry. The VP of Sales will oversee revenue growth, key account management, and expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national and international sales strategies
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and channels
  • Set and monitor KPIs, targets, and forecasting metrics
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align brand and sales goals
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in food, beverage, or CPG)
  • Proven record of driving revenue growth and expanding distribution networks
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
