Visit.org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist in Veracruz, Mexico to manage logistics for in-person events. You will be onsite, coordinate details, ship materials, staff events, and ensure a smooth guest experience.

You should have corporate event experience, strong communication, and the energy to build in a startup environment. This per-event contract role requires flexibility, travel within the local region, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all event details, ships materials, and arrange staffing for each event.

• Manage check-in processes and provide a warm, professional guest experience.
• Problem-solve issues such as missing supplies, late staff, or tech challenges.
• Travel to various areas of the local region as needed and work flexible hours.
