is seeking a Supply Chain Intern for Interlomas General Offices & San Martín Obispo. This part-time role offers flexible hours for 12–18 months, with English Advanced required and a focus on data collection and analysis of inventory, delivery times, and costs. You will assist in order management, supplier coordination, and reporting to support decision-making within the Supply Chain team.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, complex formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), charting, and large data analysis.
• Basic familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics modules related to Supply Chain.
• Ability or interest to learn data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Soft skills: effective communication, attention to detail, proactivity and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on data collection, consolidation, and analysis related to inventory levels, delivery times, demand forecasting, and transportation costs to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Support key supply chain processes such as order management, shipment tracking, coordination with suppliers, and production/distribution planning.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing findings, performance metrics, and recommendations to support decision-making within the Supply Chain area.

• Collaborate on data analysis and identification of supply chain inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Assist in operational supply chain tasks including order management and supplier coordination.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders summarizing key metrics and insights.

Hard Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, complex formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), charting, and large data analysis.
