Danfoss is seeking a CVM AP Manager to lead the Central Vendor Master Administration team, ensuring data quality and governance across SAP and MDG, enabling procurement, finance and operations to operate with trusted supplier information.

This hybrid role is based in Apodaca, MX, with several days in the office weekly. You will mentor staff, drive data lifecycle improvements, and partner with stakeholders worldwide to advance data governance and automation initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in master data management, procurement operations, or shared services, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, SAP MDG, ERP systems, and vendor master data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions, regions, and levels.
• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Central Vendor Master Administration team, fostering collaboration and high-quality service.
• Oversee end-to-end vendor master data lifecycle across SAP and MDG, ensuring data accuracy and governance adherence.
• Drive data quality, automation, and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and standardization.
• Partner with procurement, finance, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and support global projects.
• Monitor team performance, workload, service levels, and data-related inquiries to support business continuity.
