Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a CAE Engineer in Mexico to lead virtual analysis for suspension and steering across multiple vehicle programs. You will analyze and optimize kinematics, compliance, stiffness, damping, and tires, developing and maintaining full vehicle models with leading CAE tools.

The role requires 2-3 years in related simulations, strong English, and willingness to travel to Santa Fe. You will contribute to delivering superior ride, handling, durability, and overall

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in suspension, steering, or related simulations.
• Proficient with CAE tools: ADAMS/Car, CARSIM, VI-Car Realtime, NASTRAN, HyperWorks, MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAE and virtual analysis for suspension and steering across vehicle programs.
• Analyze and optimize kinematics, compliance, stiffness, damping, and tires.
• Run ride and handling simulations including Fish-Hook, Step Steer, Trailer Tow.
• Develop and maintain full vehicle models using CAE tools.
• Provide recommendations to improve ride, handling, durability, and performance.
