Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Sr Consultant - Veeva Project Management to lead end-to-end Veeva Vault implementations across Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Safety, and Commercial domains for Life Sciences clients.

You will collaborate with solution architects, configuration engineers, business analysts, validation teams, QA, stakeholders, and clients, driving governance, risk, and timely delivery in a hybrid work model with three days in the office in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, or

Formación

8+ years of IT/consulting delivery experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Devices industries.
Proven project management expertise across scope, schedule, budget, resource, risk, and stakeholder management, using Agile and Waterfall.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end Veeva Vault project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, and delivery across RIM, Clinical, Quality, Safety, and Commercial domains.
Act as primary liaison between business units, IT, architects, engineers, testers, validation teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reports; proactively manage risks, issues, and change controls.
Coordinate requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, data migration, SIT, UAT, and validation testing in line with GxP and CSV standards.
Ensure compliance, governance, and quality, supporting inspection readiness and adherence to client SDLC.
