A global manufacturing leader in Santiago de Querétaro is seeking a Supplier Development Specialist to assess and develop suppliers, monitor performance, and provide technical assistance. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field, expertise in manufacturing processes, and Fluent English. Formación

• 5 years experience in related fields.
• Expertise in specific manufacturing processes (Die-casting, Stampings, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Assess and develop new suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance.
• Initiate supplier improvement activities.
• Maintain and improve existing supplier base.
• Assist plants with major quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and Develops new suppliers
• Monitor Supplier Performance
• Initiates supplier improvement activities
• Maintains, assesses and improves existing supplier base
• Assiste plants for major quality concerns, problem solving method and global corrective actions
• Providees technical assistance in project phase
• Provides project team with product and process expertise
• Support resourcing and supplier VA/VE activities
• Support supplier business review meetings

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master in technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineer)

5 years experience in related fields

Expertise in specific manufacturing process. (Die-casting, Stampings, etc.)

Fluent English Mandatory
