Job Description:

Summary
If you’re someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys being the first point of contact in a meaningful legal journey, this role is for you. As a Legal Intake Journey Guide, you’ll support families and young individuals through their first steps with care and clarity. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every inquiry is handled with empathy and precision, making a real difference in how clients experience support. This position is ideal for someone who is naturally organized, enjoys solving problems, and finds fulfillment in being a reliable and trusted resource.

Monthly Compensation: 1150 USD to 1220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Triage incoming calls and web submissions with professionalism and empathy
•Manage the client onboarding process from agreement drafting to payment verification and legal team handoff
•Provide Spanish translation for all relevant communications
•Request and follow up on client reviews, and notify marketing of new feedback
