• Collaborate with plants andcross-functional project teams in Mexico and China to plan, implement, and manage the overall project scheduling and new product development program.
• Take charge as the primaryaccount holder and maintain regular communication with customers regarding commercial issues such as outstanding topics, payment, order processing, and shipment scheduling.
• Skillfully resolvecross-departmental issues at the project level, ensuring smooth coordination and effective collaboration between different teams.
• Assist with any ad-hoc assignments as required,demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Hold a degree in Engineering, Project Management,
• Business, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
• Have 1-5 years of experience in OEM/ODM program managementfor electronic manufacturing industries.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability toeffectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with atrack record of driving successful outcomes.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Be proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, including
• Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatorystandards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC-A-610) is a plus.
