DiDi Global is seeking a User Growth Intern in Mexico City to help drive data-driven decisions across Latam. You will analyze data with SQL and Python or R, identify growth opportunities, and support leadership with actionable recommendations.

You will monitor metrics, lead strategic projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization and Excel is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Team Overview

As a User Growth Intern you'll be the go-to expert for data-driven decision-making, working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Latam to drive impactful initiatives and find operational efficiencies. You'll leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, or R to uncover insights and shape strategy. Role Responsibilities

Serving as the primary source of data-driven insights, providing actionable recommendations to the leadership team. Analyzing complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies across Didi Food. Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, ensuring the business stays on track to meet its goals. Leading strategic projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes. Developing and delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights.

Role Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data analysis and visualization. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. Fluent in English and Spanish.
