Intugo Mexico is seeking a Team Lead - US Taxation to oversee U.S. tax engagements and guide a team delivering tax prep services to CPA firms. You will review returns, mentor staff, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

The role demands strong English, leadership, and deep knowledge of Form 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S, with experience in major tax software. Collaborate with clients and CPA firms across projects.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in U.S. taxation.
• Experience preparing Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review and manage U.S. tax returns.
• Supervise Tax Associates and ensure quality deliverables.
• Handle complex tax returns and tax planning assignments.
• Communicate directly with CPA firms and clients.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and deadlines.
• Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Manage workflow during tax season.
