Formación

Provide payroll processing support for US Payroll with experience in multi-state payroll processing. This role will ensure employees are paid on time, with pay accuracy by verifying data input/exports and complying with the applicable state requirements. The Payroll Specialist role will apply problem-solving techniques to resolve critical employee issues. This role will utilize your payroll functional expertise in the area of US Payroll to align critical payroll processing guidelines with Resideo business objectives. The US Payroll team is committed to delivering payroll solutions for all Resideo employees while maintaining integrity and compliance.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Process end-to-end US payroll on a bi-weekly/weekly basis using ADP Global view, SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and company policies.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
  • Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and other withholdings.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements for payroll efficiency and accuracy.
MUST HAVE:
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of US Federal, State, and Local payroll policies and procedures, or similar relevant experience.
  • Fluency/Bilingual (Spanish/English) to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal/external stakeholders.
  • SAP/ADP Global My View payroll system experience and Oracle HCM experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Microsoft Excel to generate spreadsheets and utilize formulas for cross-reference analysis.
