The team

The Benefits Analyst will support the administration of employee benefits programs across the United States and LATAM regions. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth execution of benefits-related processes, assisting with compliance, and providing support to employees with benefits inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working in a dynamic, multinational environment.

The role
  • Assist in managing benefits enrollments, terminations, and updates in HRIS and benefits platforms for US (mandatory) and LATAM (desirable).
  • Handle routine benefits transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regional labor laws and company policies.
  • Support the coordination of benefits-related activities, including health insurance, food vouchers, transportation subsidies, 401k plans, and paid leave.
  • Provide clear and timely responses to employees regarding benefits options, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
  • Assist with the preparation of benefits communications, such as guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Maintain proper documentation for benefits transactions to ensure compliance with US (e.g., FMLA, COBRA, social security).
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure employee records are accurate and complete.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements for benefits programs.
  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies in benefits processes and contribute to streamlining workflows.
  • Provide suggestions for improving the employee experience in benefits-related interactions.
  • Generate and maintain benefits-related reports for analysis and decision-making.
  • Participate in projects related to benefits enhancements and compliance.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a shared services environment, supporting multiple countries including the USA.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Benefits programs, including health insurance, 401k, FMLA, and COBRA, and the associated regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for managing documents and communications.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefit issues and HR processes to employees and managers.
