Accenture está buscando talento para liderar iniciativas de transformación a gran escala, trabajando estrechamente con clientes para diseñar y ejecutar estrategias que mejoren el rendimiento del negocio. Se requieren habilidades para gestionar cambios y liderar equipos跨‑funcionales en entornos dinámicos.

La posición se orienta a profesionales con visión estratégica, capacidad de interacción con ejecutivos y experiencia en tecnologías clave como Cloud, ERP y ciberseguridad.

Formación

• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de transformación
• Capacidad para trabajar con clientes y equipos multidisciplinarios
• Conocimiento de tendencias en tecnología y negocio

Responsabilidades

• Transformar y gestionar viajes de transformación de principio a fin con enfoque en la visión y valor
• Actuar como nexo entre interesados del programa, internos y externos
• Aplicar competencias en Cloud, ERP, Plataformas, Data o Seguridad para conectar negocio y tecnología
• Trabajar con altos cargos del cliente para entender la visión de transformación
• Crear el business case de transformación y socializarlo con el cliente
• Definir la hoja de ruta de transformación basándose en dependencias y esfuerzos
• Gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios para dar forma, vender, comunicar e implementar programas de gran escala
• Dirigir la gestión del programa con enfoque en valor y múltiples dimensiones (financiero, sostenibilidad)
• Aprovechar el conocimiento del sector para guiar a los clientes hacia un modelo operativo objetivo y gestionar el cambio de talento
• Mentorar y desarrollar al personal LI-LATAM

Principal duties and responsibilities

Working closely with our clients, consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertise—strategic, industry, functional, technical—in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth. The opportunities to make a difference within exciting client initiatives are limitless in this ever‑changing business and technology landscape.

Here are just a few of your day‑to‑day responsibilities

• Transformation management practitioners will shape, mobilize and execute end to end transformation journey with our clients with a clear focus on vision, an integrated approach and a focus on value
• Transformation management professionals operate at the intersection of business and technology and are required to act as the glue between program stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the course and maximize value realization
• Use their deep industry and technology competence e.g., in Cloud, ERP, Platforms, Data or Security to build rapport equally with senior and deeply skilled stakeholders in both business and technology functions and facilitate quick and effective decision making
• Work with the senior client stakeholders to understand transformation vision and conduct an initial assessment to identify key pillars for transformation.
• Create transformation business case and socialize with clients for their approval / iterations
• Formulate transformation roadmap basis various dependencies and other ongoing initiatives
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communication and implement large scale technology transformation programs
• Program management oriented along value realization and multiple dimensions (e.g., financial, sustainability)
• Leverage industry knowledge to guide our clients towards a well‑defined target operating model while effectively managing talent and change management requirements at the overall programme level
• Mentor and develop people #LI-LATAM
