This role

The Treasury Manager is responsible to ensure the efficient management of the company’s treasury operations, with a strong focus on cash flow visibility, foreign exchange operations, banking access control, investment tracking, and compliance with internal controls and global policies.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments of vendors and admins in Colombia
  • Monitor and analyze accounts payable expenses to ensure compliance with budget
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any payment issues
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting Finance Director to manage liquidity and review daily cash balances and cash flows in the treasury management system
  • Assisting Finance Director to document all AP procedures (SOPs) and keep updated Global Policies at least annually or more frequently as require
  • Participation in local and global projects where Treasury is involved
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Contribute to the development of financial strategies that align with the Company’s goals
  • Tracking of banking access in Colombia
  • Assist Senior Treasury Manager to manage liquidity and review daily cash balances and cash flows in Kyriba
  • Assist Senior Treasury Manager to document Treasury procedures (SOPs)
  • Participation in local and global projects where Treasury is involved
  • Supporting internal and external audits
Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Treasury
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and in a business setting
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Detail oriented
  • Create scalable workflows and implement company-wide treasury processes
  • Experience with bank portals
  • Excel proficiency
  • Experience with Kyriba
  • Experience with Netsuite, PBCS/Hyperion is a plus
  • Manage operations and liquidity management strategies
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practices
