ProducePay is seeking a Treasury Coordinator in a hybrid role located near one of its offices. This entry-level position offers exposure to daily treasury operations, including cash positioning and data accuracy, with growth opportunities as the company scales.

You will learn reporting requirements and collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A teams on financial projects, ensuring reliable processes and accurate data for decision-making.

Formación

• 4-year degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders possessing varying levels of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing inputs (payment information, transactional data) and calculations built on inputs that feed into internal and external financial reporting.
• Performing ad hoc financial analysis on behalf of the Treasury team.
• Collaborating with the Treasury, Accounting, FP&A teams on various financial projects.
• Reviewing key external reporting documents, such as the investor reports and compliance items.

Location: Los Angeles, CA | Tijuana, Mexico | Mexico City (CDMX)

Work Model: Hybrid - candidates must reside within commuting/driving distance of one of ProducePay's three offices listed above (Los Angeles, CA; Tijuana, Mexico; or Mexico City) (2 days per week required in-office).

Compensation: 18:50-21.63/hour (non-exempt, hourly), equivalent to approximately 38,480-45,010 annualized based on full-time hours. Applicable to positions based in the United States (Los Angeles, CA); compensation for Mexico-based hires (Tijuana or Mexico City) will follow local pay structures. Actual offer will depend on candidate qualifications and work location.

Job Purpose: ProducePay, a tech-based cash flow solution in the farming industry, is looking for a Treasury Coordinator to join the team. The role of Treasury Coordinator plays a key component in the Treasury Team, which is part of the Finance org.

In this entry-level role you will gain a deep understanding of daily Treasury operations, including flow of funds and cash positioning, as well as gain exposure to key internal and external reporting requirements. As the Company continues to grow, the importance of accurate data, error reduction and reliable financial processes situates this role to become an even more integral part of ProducePay's success and the ability to improve our solutions to better serve the farming industry.
