Calderón Marín in Toluca, Mexico seeks an Administrative Treasury Coordinator to maintain cash flow, handle payments, and ensure compliant accounting entries. You will bridge operational needs with financial stability and support audits.

The role requires 2–3 years in treasury/Payments, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and strong Excel skills. English proficiency is beneficial for technical documents. Italian is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in administrative-accounting roles, focusing on Treasury and Payments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations (CFDI 4.0, complementary payments) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily bank balances and manage cash flow movements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Execute and schedule national and international payments to suppliers with proper documentation.
• Record daily financial transactions in the ERP system and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
