The Hershey Company is seeking an Analyst Transportation Planner to optimize the movement of finished goods and materials. You will translate service and replenishment needs into actionable transportation plans and partner with Logistics, Customer Service, Warehousing, and carriers to improve service and efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising shipments in the TMS, publishing daily logs, tracking performance, and resolving issues end-to-end.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in transportation planning, logistics, or related supply chain role.
• Experience with TMS, routing, carrier coordination, delivery monitoring, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, logistics, or supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Create and assign shipments in the transportation management system using delivery requirements.
• Publish daily Shipping Log and communicate plans to cross-functional partners.
• Monitor shipment execution from loading to delivery and coordinate issue resolution.
• Track logistics indicators and use Excel-based analysis to drive follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and carriers to support capacity, routing, and delivery.
• Review and authorize carrier accessorial charges per established controls.
• Support food quality/safety expectations and promote a respectful, collaborative work environment.
