Kiewit Mexico is seeking a Transmission Engineer to design and review electrical transmission and distribution systems, ensuring safety and environmental compliance. You will work in a team, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet project timelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil engineering degree with 5+ years in power transmission, proficient in reading plans and using PLS software suites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working on power transmission projects.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and PLS software.
• English proficiency at B2.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in the design and review of electrical transmission and distribution systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Engage in the design and review of transmission and distribution structures and foundations
• Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation, including project specifications and layouts. Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative solutions that meet technical requirements and adhere to project timelines
• Conduct site assessments and field inspections to evaluate design implementation and construction practices
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to facilitate project success
• Ensure that all engineering work adheres to relevant industry codes and standards
