Your Career Opportunity In this exciting new career opportunity, you'll be reporting to the Team Leader in Trainer Recruitment on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage reactive and proactive recruitment campaigns for new trainers, including updating advertisements on external websites.
  • Screen and assess candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews to ensure suitability for training requirements.
  • Maintain close communication with the Trainer Success team and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Manage and update internal systems such as ATS, SharePoint, and MS Planner, as well as handle speculative trainer applications.
  • Conduct demographic research and track global trainer rate fluctuations to expand and manage candidate pools in key locations.
  • Prepare monthly KPI reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal recruitment documents and guides.
