Job summary

At AUMOVIO, we are seeking a Supply Chain Leader to oversee end-to-end material flow from procurement to finished goods in Mexico. The role focuses on optimizing lead times, reducing costs, and maintaining orderly operations, while driving continuous improvement and supervising team members.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive supply chain experience, a degree in related fields, and advanced English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or International Business.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain in Traffic and Logistics Operations Management, preferably in automotive projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient flow of materials from raw inputs to finished products, in compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Optimize lead times and costs while maintaining organization within operational areas.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and effectively manage personnel under supervision.

Responsible for optimizing lead times, costs, and material flow, while maintaining organization within operational areas, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and effectively managing the personnel under their supervision.
