Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure full compliance with Mexican customs laws and regulations (Ley Aduanera, Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior, etc.) across all import/export operations.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of customs compliance programs, policies, and procedures.

Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst will support the business objectives by managing supply chain activities, including material planning, purchase order management, logistics management, and supplier relationships. Analyze, plan, schedule, and order materials on time while managing specific inventory levels to maximize operational efficiency and working capital to achieve business objectives. Engage in purchase order management through the entire procure‑to‑pay cycle. Evaluate, select, and recommend preferred logistical methods to achieve business objectives. Maintain supplier relationships to facilitate partnerships with suppliers to achieve our annual operating plan. Manage various supply chain activities to enhance quality, cost effectiveness and maximize operating income.

Material Planning

  • Utilize various tools to analyze, recommend and execute inventory optimization based on a forecast, customer requirements, and/or business direction.
  • Collaborate with management and other key decision‑makers from various functional areas to ensure an uninterrupted material supply to our factories, dealers, and customers.
  • Support management of inter‑plant stock requests and order adjustments.
