As a Total Rewards Analyst supporting the HR - Benefits team, you will be primarily responsible for purchase order (PO) processes and global vendor management activities. The Vendor Management Analyst’s responsibilities include creating purchase orders, maintaining positive relationships with vendors, coordinating with internal teams to address their supply needs, and overseeing purchasing activities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the vendors database, PO records, and related documentation.
  • Maintain the PO documentation processes. Manage daily vendor activities and tasks.
  • Manage vendor relations and paperwork under the supervision of the Total rewards team. Ensure that all Vendors’ contracts meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Work to improve purchasing systems and processes. Provide support to compensation, benefits and executive compensation teams.
  • Maintain SOP and training documents.
  • Provide support to compensation, benefits, and executive compensation teams.
  • Purchasing request support provided to compensation, benefits, and executive compensation teams.
