Placements24 seeks a skilled Topógrafo de Construcción to join their Hermosillo team. The role covers field surveys, control networks, stakeouts, and data reporting, blending on-site work with analytic tasks in the office.

Ideal candidates hold a degree or tech cert in Surveying or Geomatics, 5+ years in construction surveys, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS/GNSS, and total stations. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical certification in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction surveyor.
• Proficiency with modern surveying instruments and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic surveys of construction sites to gather data for planning and design.
• Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control networks.
• Perform boundary surveys, stakeout points, and verify construction layout.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and data collectors.
• Process and analyze survey data using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps and drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors to ensure accurate interpretation of plans.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify survey accuracy and project compliance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during field operations.
• Maintain meticulous records of all survey activities and findings.
