Agua Inmaculada S.A De C.V is seeking a highly skilled Topógrafo to support major urban development projects in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. This remote-first role combines fieldwork with flexible office tasks, using advanced surveying tools to produce precise maps and reports.

You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys.

Formación

• Degree or certification in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency with total stations, levels, RTK GPS.
• Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Carlson Survey.
• Knowledge of geodetic principles and map projections.
• Valid professional surveyor license or certification where applicable.
• Experience with remote work setups and fieldwork coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys using advanced surveying equipment.
• Establish and maintain control points and benchmarks for projects in Naucalpan and surrounding areas.
• Process and analyze field data using software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Survey).
• Prepare accurate survey maps, plans, plats, and reports for engineering and construction purposes.
• Perform construction staking and layout to guide building and infrastructure placement.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to ensure spatial accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks on survey data and deliverables.
• Adhere to professional surveying standards and legal requirements in the State of Mexico.
• Maintain all surveying equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality.
