Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali seeks an Engineer for tooling and CNC programming with a background in sheetmetal design. The role involves performing low-complexity tooling tasks, participating in improvement projects, and coordinating activities within the SBU while maintaining SAP and TMS controls.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of relevant experience, and Advanced English to communicate with clients and teams across the organization.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Low level of knowledge in Design and CNC Programming to complete tasks of New Tools and repairs of low complexity .
• Adapting to continuous improvement as part of the daily performance .
• Participate in projects and suggest improvements .
• Low complexity tasks .
• Coordinates some tasks in assigned SBU working on priorities like administrative controls and low complexity of designs and CNC Programming .
• Take responsibility to follow up SAP Work Orders, control of TMSs and bring feedback to clients if there is discrepancies on the Tooling requirements .
• Support and suggest corrective actions to solve quality external problems .
• Knowledge in Sheetmetal Tool Design, 2.5 axis and 3 axis NC Programming in Catia platform .
• Experience in drawings interpretation, corrective actions, MS Office.

Perform other duties as assigned.
