The successful candidate will manage the acquisition of injection mold tooling while collaborating with multiple teams to enhance product development. Candidates should have a strong background in design and project management within manufacturing, alongside a degree in engineering. Formación

• 5 years of experience designing and reviewing tool design for injection molding.
• Solid experience with injection mold and product knowledge.
• Proficient English, capable of maintaining technical conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Procurement and Engineering to forecast capital purchases.
• Provide molding assumptions for capital investments.
• Create efficient RFQs for tooling specifications.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of tool suppliers.
• Develop flexible tooling designs for new product plans.
